OUR STORY:
1981 we began as a gift catalog, warehouse, and fulfillment company educating small and mid sized companies on the values of incentives as well as providing them with motivational gifts for their employees and sales force.
In 1982 we created "Your Personal Choice®" incentive/gift catalogs in 22 price point levels. Your Personal Choice® was one of the first in the industry to introduce the concept of 'triple reinforcement recognition.'
'Triple reinforcement recognition' is a process where the recipient is recognized once when they receive the gift album, once when he or she selects their gift and a third time when their gift choice is received. Recipients select their gift of choice from over 40 selections pictured in each gift album. They mail in the postage paid certificate. Gift is then shipped from our fulfillment centers located in Michigan and Tennessee.
In 1998 we recognized the trend towards Online commerce and created IncentiWeb®. One of the first Online incentive and performance management programs in the industry.
October 1998 we won "Website of the Month" by Incentive Magazine. That same year we won the Golden Apple Award from the Incentive Show and the Motivation Show.
March 2000 we won "Website of the Year" by Incentive Magazine.
Since those early days some 25 years back, Taico® Incentive Services has evolved into a major incentive innovator and provider of incentive solutions for our long list of satisfied clients.
Today we are proud to introduce our additional innovations such as IncentiMall™. IncentiQuiz™ and IncentiGames™ to the IncentiWeb® program as well as our affiliation with the top merchandise and travel providers in the industry, further expanding our award choices and fulfillment capabilities.
